It is a type of learning where students can complete there Bachelor or Post Graduation degree by sitting in there home, and the learning may be in online or even by reading books.

Difference Based on "Purpose"
Open University:

Distance Education:

Open University:

Distance Education:
⇒ In Distance Education there will be no classes provided, students can learn any where at any time.
