Step-1 : First to add the Facebook message plugin or Facebook chat, you have to first create an Account in Facebook 


Step-2 : To create an Account in Facebook,

> After completion of adding the domain name you need to copy the given code and then you have to paste that given code in your website.

> First Way :

  • Login to your Blogger 
  • Open "Theme"
  • Click "Customization"
  • Click to "Edit HTML"
  • After that scroll to the last 
  • Paste the given code before the body tag that is "</body>"
  • Then Save the Theme
  • After saving the chat box will be visible on your website or blog.

  • Login to your Blogger
  • Open "Layout"
  • Open Add Gadget and there select "HTML/JavaScript"
  • Enter the Title as "Chat"
  • Paste the code copied from Facebook to "Content" place
  • Save the Gadget
  • Now your chat box is ready to use and you can chat with your visitors.

WordPress:

  • Login into WordPress
  • Choose HTML Code
  • Paste the code copied from Facebook there on HTML code box
  • Save the HTML code
  • Now your chat box is ready to use and you can chat with your visitors.
