Follow the below steps to apply:

Step:1

First you need to visit official website of voter portal (NVSP) the official website link is given below.

After opening website click on Voter portal, then a page will be open in a new tab inside the browser.

Then after create an account by providing the below credentials:

• Mobile Number or Email Id

After entering any one of the above details you will get one time password (OTP) then from that link you need to create your password.

Step:2

After following the Step:1, you need to login with the credentials what you given while creating account i.e. Email Id or Mobile Number.

After successful Login to the voter portal you can see different options like:

• New Voter Registration
• Correction in Voter Id
• Shifted to Other Place
• Replacement of Voter Id
• Deletion of Voter Id

• Click on Yes, I am applying for the first time and Submit.

Are you citizen of India ?

• Click Yes, I am an Indian Citizen (Residing in India) and Submit.

Step:4

Then after you have to fill your personal details like:

1.Date of Birth

2.Place of Birth

3.Select Date of Birth Document

• SSC Marksheet
• Aadhar Card
• Date of Birth Certificate
• Ration Card
• Etc..

After filling the above details, click on Save & submit.

Step:5

In this you need to enter your personal particulars like:

1. Name in English and Your State Language

Note: Re-Check your name in your Native Language before submitting to next

2. Photograph

• Size: 3.5 x 4.5
• Image should be less than 200Kb
• Format should be in Jpg or Jpeg

3. Disability (If any) or click on No disability and then Click on Save & Continue.

Step:6

Enter your Family Members Details:

1. Enter Name of Relative in your native language and in English and then click on Save and Continue.

1. Enter your current address as per the address proof document

• You need to upload address proof document.

2. Select your constituency and click on Save & Continue.

Step:7

In this page you need to give the declaration 

• Period of stay in that current address
• Date of application
• Place of applying
• Full Name of the applicant

Click on Save & Continue.

Now you can see Form 6 with all your entered details in one page, so you need to verify the complete details and if any details need to modify then click Edit option and modify else click on Submit
