ICAR AIEEA Introduction


This is a National Level Examination and this will be conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA).

This Exam will be conducted once in a academical year.

By writti8ng this exams candidates will get admissions into Bachelor's degree and also Master's degree programs, which are offered by various agricultural institutions across India.

Full Forms:

  • AIEEA (All India Entrance Examination for Admission).
  • ICAR (The Indian Council of Agricultural Research).
⇒ This Examination can used to do higher studies in agricultural field, and also used to purse research eligibility from various institutes which offer PhD.




Eligibility Criteria



For Under Graduate Course

Qualification: Candidates who are applying for this exam should qualify Intermediate or 12th from any recognized university are eligible for this examination.

Percentage:  For General category candidate they have to score a minimum marks of 50 percent in their qualifying exams, and for SC/ST/Other categories, they have to score a minimum marks of 40 percent.

Age Limit: Candidates must have at least 16 years of age as on or equal to 31-August-2021

 


For Post Graduate Course

Qualification: Candidates who are applying for this exam should qualify Intermediate or 12th and with this they need to qualify in Bachelor's degree from any recognized university are eligible for this examination.

Percentage:  For General category candidate they have to score a minimum marks of 50 percent or 5.0 out of 10 i.e. (5.0/10) in their qualifying exams, and for SC/ST/Other categories, they have to score a minimum marks of 40 percent or 4.0 out of 10 i.e. (4.0/10).

Age Limit: Candidates must have at least 19 years of age as on or equal to 31-August-2021



For PhD Course

Qualification: Candidates who are applying for this exam should qualify Intermediate or 12th and Bachelor's degree  and with this they need to qualify in Post Graduation from any recognized university are eligible for this examination.

Percentage:  For General category candidate they have to score a minimum marks of 50 percent or 5.0 out of 10 i.e. (5.0/10) in their qualifying exams, and for SC/ST/Other categories, they have to score a minimum marks of 40 percent or 4.0 out of 10 i.e. (4.0/10).

Age Limit: Candidates must have at least 21 years of age as on or equal to 31-August-2021.

Signature:

  • Digital  or Scanned Signature is required in the size 3.2 x 1.5 cm.
  • File Size should be in between 4 kb to 30 kb.
  • Format should be JPG/JPEG.

Photograph:

  • Scanned Passport size photograph is required in the size 3.5 x 4.5 cm.
  • File Size should be in between 10 kb to 200 kb
  • Format should be JPG/JPEG.


Thumb Impression:

  • Scanned Passport size photograph is required in the size 3.5 x 1.5 cm.
  • File Size should be in between 10 kb to 200 kb
  • Format should be JPG/JPEG.
  • For Male the Right Thump Impression is required.
  • For Female the Left Thumb impression is required.

Subject Mandatory: Candidates should purse these subjects, those are Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture and Mathematics as a mandatory subjects in their qualifying examinations.

Type of Questions: Multiple choice Questions (MCQ).

Number of Questions: 180 Questions.

Marks: 720 Maximum marks.

Language of paper: English and Hindi.

Scheme of Marking: For correct answer 4 marks will be awarded.

Negative Marking is there i.e. 1 mark will be deducted for wrong answer.



For Post Graduate Course
