Step-1: First of all login to your blogger dashboard by using your login credentials.


Step-2: Now click on settings.


Step-4: Settings -> Manage Blog -> click on Back up content.





Step-5: Now you will see a popup of Back up content, here you need to click on "Download" button.


Step-6: Now XML document will be downloaded, so you have successfully back up your post and pages.


In this XML documents your all posts and pages will be saved successfully and you can see the code by using notepad and to import your content read the below import content steps carefully.




Steps to Import Posts and Pages in Blogger



Step-1: Login to your blogger dashboard by using your login credentials.


Step-2: From blogger dashboard click on Settings.


Step-3: Click Setting -> Manage blog -> Import content.





Step-4: Now click on Import Content.


Step-5: Now you will see a popup, there you will see a captcha to verify and after that you see a toggle switch button for "automatically publish all imported pages and posts".

  • If you want to publish all posts and pages at a time then you can leave the toggle switch in ON condition.
  • If you don't want to publish posts and pages then you need to click on toggle switch to OFF.


Step-6: Now click on Import and upload XML document of posts and pages, now you have successfully imported your pages and posts.


After uploading xml document, it will load for some time, and it is fully based on your internet connection speed.

After successful upload your all posts and pages will be visible in your blog where you have imported.
