Steps to change email address in blogger
Step-1: First of all you need to login to your blogger by your old Gmail id.
Step-2: Select your blog which you need to change the mail id.
Step-3: Go to blogger settings.

Step-5: In permission click on "Invite more authors".
Step-6: Now a new popup box opens "Emails to invite", there you need to enter your new Gmail address and click on send button.

Step-7: Now for your new Gmail address you will get a invitation mail from google, you need to accept invitation by clicking on the link available in the mail.
