Step-1: First of all login to your blogger website by using your login credentials.
Step-2: Click on Theme -> Customize -> Backup Theme -> Download Theme.
Step-3: Click on Theme -> Customize -> Edit HTML -> Theme Code section.
Step-4: Now copy your complete blogger website code and paste it in notepad or any code editor.
Step-5: In notepad you need to go to edit and then select replace, in find what you need to enter "http" and in replace with enter "https" and then click on Replace All.
Step-6: You can replace http to https, from your theme code carefully by using any code editor or you can change them manually by searching in blogger theme code section, and my suggestion is to use notepad.
Step-7: Now copy the changed code from notepad and paste it in the blogger theme code section and click on save button.
Step-8: Now you have successfully fixed SSL issue in your blogger website easily.
Note:
You need to do the complete process in notepad because you can do this changing i.e. from http to https from notepad easily, so if you don't have notepad then you can download it from google.
